By enrolling in our classes or registering on our Student Portal (app.sursadhana.co.in), you ("student" or "parent/guardian") agree to these Terms. For students under 18, the parent or guardian accepts these Terms on their behalf.
1. Enrolment & Admission
- Enrolment is open to students aged 6 years and above. Students below 18 must have a parent or guardian account on the Student Portal.
- SurSadhana Music Classes reserves the right to decline or discontinue enrolment at its discretion, including for reasons of limited batch capacity, lack of prerequisite skills, or misconduct.
- Enrolment is confirmed only after the first month's fee is paid and the student profile is approved in the Student Portal.
- Course selection (Vocal, Harmonium, Light Music) and batch timing are subject to availability and teacher discretion.
2. Fees & Payment
- Monthly fees are due on or before the 7th of each month.
- Fees may be paid online via the Student Portal (processed by Cashfree Payments) or by direct transfer/cash with prior arrangement.
- A late fee or suspension of portal access may be applied if payment is not received by the 7th. Continued non-payment beyond 30 days may result in discontinuation of classes.
- Fees are subject to revision. Students will be notified of any fee changes at least 30 days in advance.
- Event fees, exam fees, or workshop fees (if any) are charged separately and communicated in advance.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Summary: Monthly fees are non-refundable once the month has started. Failed or duplicate online payments are refunded within 5–7 working days.
